Ordering & Delivery
Place an order?
If you want to place an order through our webshop, you will need an account. You can also use this account for future orders.
You have two options:
- First, create an account
To do this, click on “Login” at the top right of the page. On the screen that appears, you can create an account at the bottom left. There, enter your name and email address and choose a password. Then click “Submit” to save your information and continue. - Create an account during the ordering process
During the ordering process, follow the steps as shown on your screen. If you choose Checkout in your shopping cart, you can enter your payment details and, at the bottom, choose to create an account.
Place an order
You are in the webshop and have found an item you want to order. Click the "Add to Cart" button on the desired item. In the popup window that appears, enter the desired quantity.
To proceed with your order, click "Continue." Your order will then remain in your shopping cart. Click "Checkout" to proceed with your order.
Step 1: Shopping Cart
You will now see an overview of the items you have in your shopping cart. Check the details of your order. If you wish, you can change the quantity. Then click the "Proceed to Checkout" button to place your order, or return to the webshop if you want to order other items.
Step 2: Account Details
Several scenarios are possible:
You already have an account:
Click the "Login" button. Enter your email address and password. You will now be automatically directed to an overview of your account and billing details. To make a payment, click "Proceed to Checkout."
You don’t have an account yet:
Enter your payment details and click “Create an account” at the bottom of the page. Choose a password. Click "Proceed to Checkout" to save the information and continue. You will now be taken to the Account Details screen. Fill in the required information and indicate whether the billing address is the same as the delivery address. If all your information is displayed correctly, click the "Save Changes" button. You will now see an overview of your account and billing details. To continue, click on Payment Method.
Order Received
When you have successfully completed your order, the Order Received page will be displayed. You will receive an order confirmation by email.

Delivery
Delivery times are subject to change, but for most products they are 2–5 working days. We will inform you about the delivery time as soon as possible after receiving your order.
