Below you will find an overview of the shipping costs we will charge for your webshop order. These shipping costs are based on the weight of the package and on the condition that the maximum dimensions do not exceed 80x50x35 cm.
Therefore, it may occur that shipping costs are incorrectly calculated, especially for heavier and larger packages. If this is the case, we will contact you to discuss the options.

Get expert advice from our technical staff. Did you order the wrong item after all? Let us know, quoting your order number, which product you would like to exchange or return — within 10 days. This is possible by contacting Glasvezel.nl. We will review each request to see if it is possible; custom-made items, for example, cannot be returned.
