Delivery conditions
1. Your Supplier
The supplier of the items to which these terms apply (hereinafter referred to as ‘Glasvezel.nl’) is Fockert Electro BV, located at Laaglandseweg 1, 4214 KD Vuren, Netherlands.
2. Your product
In these terms and conditions, “Product” is understood to mean an item including its packaging materials, any manuals, and other accompanying items.
3. Your order
Orders can be placed through the webshop of Glasvezel.nl.
4. Agreement
Our offers are non-binding. An agreement is only formed at the moment of delivery or after our written confirmation.
5. Price
Prices are exclusive of VAT and any other charges (unless otherwise stated) and exclude order and shipping costs. Order and shipping costs depend on the order quantity and value. The will be calculated when you checkout your order. Shipping costs are based on the weight of the package and on the condition that the maximum dimensions do not exceed 100x50x50 cm. Therefore, it may occur that shipping costs are incorrectly calculated, especially for heavier and larger packages. If this is the case, we will contact you to discuss the options.
6. Payment
You can pay using iDeal and credit card. You always pay in advance. Products are only shipped after payment has been received.
7. Delivery address
You are responsible for providing the correct delivery address.
8. Delivery time
Under normal circumstances, you will receive your order within 5 working days.
9. Deviations
You will be notified if the payment is not approved or if the product is (temporarily) out of stock.
10. Returns
You can return the product afterwards under certain conditions. In such cases, you must always contact Glasvezel.nl in advance.
11. Information
Although care is taken to ensure the accuracy of the information published on the websites, this information may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors. Glasvezel.nl is not liable for this.
12. Liability
Glasvezel.nl is not liable for any damage caused by the product.
13. Privacy
Glasvezel.nl recognizes the importance of your privacy. Your data will only be used to process your order, unless you indicate that you wish to be kept informed about activities from Glasvezel.nl. All information you provide us is handled with care and stored on secure computer systems. Access to this data is carefully controlled.
14. Terms and conditions
The Terms and Conditions for Supplying Installation Companies 2007 (ALIB 2007) apply. If the client is a consumer, the General Terms and Conditions for Installation Work for Consumers (AVIC) apply.
For retail, the General Terms and Conditions for Electrical Retail apply. These three conditions, established by Techniek Nederland, can be viewed at www.glasvezel.nl.
15. Contactform
Your data will be collected when you contact Glasvezel.nl through the website. This form only requests the necessary information to provide a proposal or service, such as your name, company name, email address, and phone number.
16. Analytics
The Glasvezel.nl website collects your data to improve the website. Google analytics is used for this. This data is anonymous and therefore not linked to your personal information. This includes information such as the duration of your website visit or the pages you visit frequently.
17. Newsletter
Glasvezel.nl sends newsletters via email. These newsletters are both commercial and aimed at knowledge sharing. You may be asked verbally or in writing to subscribe or unsubscribe.
For retail, the General Terms and Conditions for Electrical Retail apply. These three conditions, established by UNETO, are available for inspection with us and will be sent to you promptly and free of charge upon your request.
